Lamb Acres found its start as a sheep farm selling fencers as a hobby back in 1978. As the popularity of electric fencing grew, what was once a hobby became a full-time business dealing with customers across Canada.
Ab and Eva Gorrill started their journey in the electric fencing business over 40 years ago. Started as a side to their sheep and grain farming, the electric fence business soon took over and became a full-time business. Though there are no longer any sheep on the farm, the grain farming was expanded by their son Dave and his son Wyatt.
Lamb Acres has attended many agricultural events over the years, including Agribition for 35 years. Attending these events provides useful feedback from our customers to learn what products are working for you and what kinds of changes you’d like to see in the future.
Did you know you can send us your broken fencers to be repaired? After receiving your fencer via mail or drop off, it usually doesn’t take more than a day or two for us to make the repairs and send it back to you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we hope we can help you have a great fence system!
